Shipping costs for UK and ROI are free shipping. Additional costs for other locations in Europe are calculated at checkout.

We gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
We don't accept cancellations for Layaway\Christmas Clubs after 2weeks from placing order. After 14days deposit is non refundable.
But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders, Items on sale

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Delivery of goods
If the delivery address is not in the United Kingdom there may be custom charges for the order which is the responsibility of the buyer.
